After-sales policy //
1. During the warranty period
if any parts are damaged due to manufacturing process or non-human factors, Best Lighting Service Department will provide after-sales service and replace parts or the whole product as appropriate.
2. The following products do not belong to the warranty scope:
Free sample;
Products beyond the effective warranty period;
Products without a valid purchase certificate;
Products that fail to be installed, kept and used in accordance with the requirements of the product specification and the nature of the product, resulting in failure or damage;
Wear and tear caused by normal use of the product, but does not affect the normal function of the product;
Non-quality problems caused serious damage to the shell (including deformation, oxidation, corrosion, etc.);
Artificial damage caused by improper use or negligence, such as improper power supply, voltage, wrong use in accordance with the instructions, impact, fall, etc.;
Products that break down or are damaged due to natural disasters, such as lightning, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.;

3. The following failed products cannot be repaired:

4. Within the warranty period,

5. Best Lighting strictly follows the relevant "Three Guarantees Regulations" to perform three guarantees service for all levels of maintenance outlets and end consumers, and conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of repair, replacement and return of related products:
